Nashville Portrait Photographer Helping You Look Cool on Camera

It’s time to learn to love being in front of the camera (yes, it’s really possible).

Let me tell you a secret: I don’t believe in “being photogenic.”

What most people think of as “being photogenic” is really a combination of knowing your best angles, feeling comfortable in front of the camera, and having a photographer who gets it.

What if all you need to finally get photos you love is to be in a space where you feel comfortable to be yourself in front of the camera, while working with someone who comes prepared with posing ideas and prompts fully tailored to you?

Everyone deserves photos of themselves they love. I’m here to not only deliver them, but to help you love the whole process—especially the time in front of my camera!

It’s time to stop hiding from the camera.

I used to avoid the camera like it was my job, hiding behind the lens at all costs to avoid getting in front of it. If this resonates with you, I want you to know: it doesn’t have to be like this. You keep waiting until you feel “ready” for new photos—but what if you’re already enough?

My primary goal as a photographer is to help you feel confident in front of the camera so you finally have professional photos you love. You’ll leave your shoot not only with a beautiful gallery of photos that feel like you, but also with an increased confidence in your ability to actually have fun in front of the camera.

you think you’re not photogenic, but maybe… you just haven’t been photographed by me yet.

EDITORIAL-STYLE PHOTOGRAPHY IN NASHVILLE & NEW ENGLAND

I specialize in creative and editorial portraits that celebrate you, including grad photos, senior photos, branding photos, and more!

While I love documenting the big moments, I’m also a firm believer that you don’t need to have a special occasion to have beautiful photos taken of yourself; the beauty of your daily life and existence deserves documentation.

At the heart of my business is one belief: everyone deserves to feel celebrated and seen through photography.

After calling New England my home base for the first twenty-three years of my life, I recently packed up and moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and now travel between my two favorite places for photography.
