NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE PORTRAIT AND GRADUATION PHOTOGRAPHER
You don’t need to be a professional model.
You just need the right photographer.
YOU DON’T NEED TO KNOW HOW TO POSE.
YOU DON’T NEED TO “BE PHOTOGENIC”.
YOU DON’T NEED EXPERIENCE.
You just need someone who’s going to help direct you, be your biggest cheerleader, and hold space for you to show up as you are.
HEY, I’M KAYLA —
NASHVILLE-BASED PHOTOGRAPHER & YOUR NEW PHOTO BESTIE.
A few quick things you should know about me:
I’m here to give you the most fun photoshoot experience you’ll ever have.
On a photoshoot, you’ll usually find me wearing some form of Doc Martens.
I love being a Nashville-based photographer because it allows me to meet amazing people while creating art and traveling to gorgeous locations. I’ve never seen photography as my job: it’s my passion.
YOU DESERVE —
Photographs that make you feel confident in your own skin. Photographs that you’re proud to show off. Photographs that are creative. Photographs that tell your story. Photographs that you look back on with a smile because you remember being happy in the moment. Photographs that represent YOU.
Photographs filled with color and light. Photographs that get printed and shared and celebrated. Photographs that show your real smile, not the one you’re conditioned to put on for a photo. Photographs that show the beautiful person you are, inside and out.
“She created a space that felt safe, encouraging, and completely judgment-free”
I cannot say enough good things about Kayla. From the moment we started, she created a space that felt safe, encouraging, and completely judgment-free. I came into the session a little nervous, but left feeling confident, beautiful, and genuinely empowered. If you’re looking for someone who can capture your essence and make you feel incredible in the process, look no further.
KELSEY M.
THE KAYLA SIMON PHOTO EXPERIENCE
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Your iPhone tripod self portraits never seem to come out right. When a camera is pointed at you, you freeze up, not quite sure how to pose yourself. You want photos of yourself where you feel good. Confident. Beautiful.
I know what it’s like to struggle with self-confidence issues. I used to avoid the camera like it was my job, hiding behind the lens at all costs to avoid getting in front of it. If this resonates with you, I want you to know it doesn’t have to be like this.
You’ll leave your shoot not only with a beautiful gallery of photos, but also with an increased confidence in your ability to nail your time in front of the camera.
