I used to avoid the camera like it was my job, hiding behind the lens at all costs to avoid getting in front of it. If this resonates with you, I want you to know it doesn’t have to be like this. You keep waiting until you feel “ready” for new photos — but what if you’re already enough?

THE PHOTOSHOOT PROCESS
PLANNING
After you fill out my contact form, I’ll email you back and we’ll work to figure out a date and location for the photoshoot. Once a booking fee is sent and a contract is signed to lock in your shoot, I’ll send along my styling guide to help you choose outfits and we’ll create a moodboard that captures the vibe and inspiration for the shoot. Then the countdown to shoot day begins!
CREATING
IT’S SHOOT DAY! We’ll meet at the location, whether it’s an outdoor spot or in a studio, and start shooting. I’ll guide you through the entire session with poses and prompts, and of course if you’re feeling it you’re more than welcome to work in your own poses and ideas too! I’ll be your personal hype-woman for the entire session and I guarantee you’ll walk away from our photoshoot feeling on top of the world.
DELIVERY
About a week after your shoot, you’ll get some happy mail in your inbox; a proof gallery from me! This is where you’ll select your favorite photos and then I’ll make the finishing touches with the editing. A few days after you send me your selects, the full gallery will appear in your inbox: YAY! Now you can download your photos, order prints, post to Instagram, or do whatever else you want to do with those beautiful new photographs.

My background as a fashion photographer means I love to get creative during my photoshoots, helping you look and feel like a model whether this is the 100th time you’ve taken professional photos or the first. I love taking portraits and providing an experience that cultivates confidence and self-love through my photos, and I aim to showcase the natural beauty in all of my clients and deliver a product that makes you feel beautiful.
Creativity and intention are really important to me, and my fashion photography experience allows me to elevate the quality of all of my photos to go beyond the typical portrait.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’m currently located in the beautiful city of Nashville, Tennessee, and I love to shoot here! However, I grew up in Connecticut then lived in Boston before moving to Nashville, and I still travel all over for photoshoots. I now work all around both Tennessee and New England, and know plenty of great photoshoot spots on the coast, in the city, and everywhere in between! A travel fee may apply depending on the location you choose, but we’ll talk through all those details after you inquire.

This really depends on what type of session you want to book: for example, a fashion shoot will likely involve more bold pieces than a regular portrait or lifestyle session. I have styling guides for fashion, portrait, and couples shoots that I send to you after you schedule your photoshoot with me! We can work together to pick out the perfect look for your shoot, and you can even bring multiple outfits on the day of the shoot if you need help deciding.

Definitely golden hour! Golden hour is the time of day just after sunrise or just before sunset that gives that glowy light. I usually schedule my sessions for about an hour before sunset so we can have the most magical lighting possible (though I’m definitely down to get up for a sunrise shoot if you are!).

All images will be digitally delivered via the online viewing gallery Pixieset, with your own page and download PIN to download your images in full quality. Once you have your photos, feel free to share them on social media or with friends and family, and order prints!

For portraits, fashion, and lifestyle photoshoots, please allow 5-7 days to receive your proof gallery, and an additional 5-7 days after sending me your selects to receive the fully edited and finished gallery. For couples shoots, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive the full gallery. I want to make sure your images are the best they can be before I send them over to you!

I do not deliver any RAW or unedited photos, as these do not fully reflect my photography and editing style.

Once we figure out the date and location of your session, I’ll send over my contract. Upon signing the contract, 50% of your session fee is due to secure your date and time on my calendar. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot. I accept payment electronically through Paypal or Venmo, or by cash/check.
